1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the TaskCRMPro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

TaskCRMPro provides a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform offering AI-powered ticketing, live chat, automation, and knowledge base management. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Subscription & Billing

TaskCRMPro offers various subscription plans. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Stripe (for international transactions) and Razorpay (for India-based transactions). All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

6. Refund Policy

Since TaskCRMPro is a SaaS product, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TaskCRMPro to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages or spam.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

9. Data Ownership

Tenants retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data they upload to TaskCRMPro. TaskCRMPro is granted a limited license to host and process such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TaskCRMPro and its licensors.

11. AI Usage Disclaimer

TaskCRMPro utilizes AI technologies to provide assistance and automation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content and suggestions should be reviewed by human agents. TaskCRMPro is not liable for actions taken based solely on automated suggestions.

12. API Usage Rules

Users of our API must comply with rate limits and documentation guidelines. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend API access if usage patterns negatively impact the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaskCRMPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

15. Suspension of Service

TaskCRMPro reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the service for maintenance, updates, or in response to a security threat.

16. Force Majeure

TaskCRMPro will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or internet service provider failures.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in India.

19. Amendments

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
