  • Uploaded Files: Documents, images, and other files uploaded by Tenants and Agents to the ticketing and knowledge base systems.
  • AI-Processed Data: Interactions with our AI Ticketing Assistant and automation engine.
  • Usage Analytics: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and information on how you interact with our platform.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to access or store information.

While these systems are designed to improve efficiency, the data processed by AI is handled with the same level of confidentiality as all other data. We do not use your tenant-specific data to train global AI models without explicit consent.

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and Razorpay. These platforms adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. Your payment information is handled securely by these providers and is not stored on TaskCRMPro servers.

6. Data Storage & Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
